The water mist serves as a "glitch," momentarily trapping the infrared photons to render the invisible structure concrete. The result is a fleeting interface where the machine’s reality superimposes upon our own, proving that the world is far fuller than we can perceive.
受后人类中心主义思想启发,这件作品利用红外辐射创造出一件超越人类视觉光谱的雕塑。通过水雾的介入,这不可见的能量场得以短暂显现。它如同一个连接人类与非人类感知的转换区,质疑着我们经验的可靠性。
最终呈现的并非为取悦人类目光而创作的雕塑,而是一个完全无视人类目光、自我指涉的系统。水雾如同“故障”,瞬间捕获红外光子,使原本不可见的结构变得具象化。由此形成了一个转瞬即逝的界面,机器的现实与我们自身的现实交叠,证明世界远比我们所能感知的更加丰富多彩。
